Rohit Pande
Rohit is CEO and Co-founder of Classteacher Learning Systems. Prior to founding Class Teacher in 2000, Rohit worked for a couple of years with Accenture in India. Rohit mentors the product development team at classteacher and is passionately involved with expanding the thought leadership evolved through a decade of research .He is currently handling the growth of the company into newer areas through organic as well as inorganic means and is involved with building the "classteacher inside" brand. Rohit holds a Bachelors in Technology from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi and an MBA in finance and strategy from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.

Sameer Buti
Sameer is an Executive Director and Co-founder of Classteacher Learning Systems. Prior to founding Class Teacher in 2000, Sameer worked with Citibank and ICICI (financial systems) in India. Sameer is coaching and mentoring the sales leaders at classteacher. He also drives the people development and finance functions.He is spearheading classteachers expansion into newer geographies and solution categories. He is passionate about driving learning outcomes through a research based pedagogy. Sameer holds a Bachelors in Technology from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi and an MBA in marketing and finance from XLRI Jamshedpur.

Raul Rai
Raul is a Managing Director at FIL Capital Advisors (India) Private Limited. Raul has been active in the Indian private equity industry since 2005 with experience investing across sectors such as Technology, Health Care, Financial Services, Telecom, Education and Media. Prior to joining Fidelity, Raul spent five years with General Atlantic, initially in the US and subsequently in Mumbai, India. Raul also spent over 10 years in Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs, UBS and SG Cowen (based in New York and London). Raul also served as the Strategy and Planning Director for Vizzavi, a joint venture between Vodafone and Vizzavi. Raul holds an MBA with High Distinction from Harvard Business School (Baker Scholar) and a BA in Computer Science and Economics from Boston University. He is currently on the board of VECV, a joint venture between Eicher Motors and Volvo.

Kabir Narang
Kabir is a Director at FIL Capital Advisors (India) Private Limited, where he focuses on sectors that include energy, education, media, IT and financial services. Kabir brings over 12 years of experience in running his family owned business, management consulting and private equity. He has worked at leading consulting firms, McKinsey & Co. (India) and the Boston Consulting Group (USA). Most recently, Kabir was with Warburg Pincus where he completed investments in a leading budget hotel chain, a port and a BPO company in India. Kabir holds a BA Hons degree in Mathematics from St. Stephen's College and an MBA from the University of Oxford.
