Currently, we are looking for people who fit the following descriptions :

1. Content Development Executive: This role involves developing ideas and concepts for Classes 6 to 10 for various subjects (like Maths, Science, History, Geography), which could be delivered in digital format (text or multimedia). The candidate should possess an understanding of learning styles of school children, and should have the creativity to visualize innovative ways of explaining a particular concept in animated form. Prior experience in creating content for multimedia or expertise in a particular subject shall be an added advantage.

2. School Relationship Professionals : Candidates having 1-4 yrs. of active interaction with schools, teachers and students. Will be required to develop and maintain a mutually productive relationship with the above by interacting, organizing workshops, events etc at school. Requires excellent interpersonal skills, go-getter attitude and the maturity to understand the pulse of schools and students.

3. Multimedia Professional : The candidate should possess a high level of creativity, in addition to a strong perceptive ability to understand what kids of today need. The person would have a deep understanding of all the latest designing tools, specifically Flash , Adobe Photoshop, Image ready, Fireworks, Coreldraw. He/She should be very fluent in flash, flash-script and HTML. Knowledge of Authorware, Director, Lightwave3D and 3D Studio Max will be an added advantage.

4. Senior Web Programmers: The candidate will be part of a team that is responsible for setting up the logic which sits on the other side of the browser. The candidate should have at least one year of experience in building Web applications over mySQL using Java. Exposure to java-script, Oracle and Linux would be an added advantage.

5. Business Development Manager: Candidates having 2 to 4 years of experience in doing consultative sales of projects or highly customizable products. Candidate should have the confidence and the skills to interact with the top management. Strong academic background and the management qualification is a must.
