Job Profile :

The Business Development Manager plays a crucial role in the implementation of the various programs. This involves liaison with the customer, conducting activities and workshops for students and teachers, conducting feedback sessions and continuously managing the programs to achieve superior results. The person shall be responsible for handling a portfolio of clients (schools) wherein the responsibilities shall be maintaining the relationships, continuously measuring and evaluating the landmarks, and reporting these to the management. This would involve interacting with teachers and students in schools.

Desired Profile :

The candidate should preferably be a postgraduate with sound academic background. Prior experience in interacting with schools / educational institutions shall be an added advantage. The person should have excellent communication skills, an ability to build rapport with students and teachers, and an understanding of the demands of the education system.
