The key to success of technology program in schools lies in effective utilization by the teachers. For success, the program needs to be properly managed. This includes motivating the teachers, training them, defining milestones for progress.

Desired Profile :

Candidate should have managed a team of people in a company or a school. Senior teachers with IT background would be preferred. Good knowledge of computer applications and understanding of ICT in education is expected, excellent communication skills needed.
