1. Atleast 6 years in e-learning content development of which atleast 3 years must be in the position of a Project Manager
2. Proven experience of modular content development using AICC/ SCORM standards
3. Strong familiarity with progressive pedagogic techniques using interactive components
4. Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
