iperform Manager

General Purpose
Plan, direct and co-ordinate the operations of iperform. Plan and maintain systems and procedures for operating efficiency. Manage staff for optimum performance.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
1. Market Research - Forming comparison charts of iperform with other similar products like mindspark etc. Iperform is a web based learning tool for students that involves parents as well.
2. Go through the demo of iperform to get a clear picure of the product.Also go through the brochures, handouts and FAQs of the product.
3. Quality Analysis - After understanding and studying iperform and other different products, evaluate iperform and form standards to maintain the quality of the product or do the needful modifications.
4. Team Building-As per the requirement, determine staffing requirements, hire and train new staff and set employee goals and objectives.
5. Query Handling- One person in the team needs to handle queries that come up in the query database.
6. Maintaining account for iperform on mail.classteacher.com.
7. Monitor staff performance including performance reviews.
8. Allocate use of available resources.
9. Plan and implement procedures and systems to maximize operating efficiency.
10. Co-ordinate financial and budget activities for maximum operational efficiency.
11. Facilitate the preparation and analysis of reports.
12. Review performance data (financial, sales and activity reports) to monitor and measure productivity, goal progress and activity levels.
13. Responsible for the achievement of department/division/productivity and quality goals.
14. Organize and manage business meetings.
15. Giving web demos through Team viewer or Skype to the clients and whenever required visit to the client's site and arranging demos where physical presence is required.
16. Making standard documents of the product for the Sales trainers and new joinees.
17. Making required manuals, handouts or brochures for the marketing of the product.
Education and Experience
1. Master's degree or equivalent in Management
2. Knowledge of business and management principles and practices
3. Knowledge of strategic planning
4. Knowledge of basic economic and accounting principles and practices
5. Knowledge of office administrative procedures
6. Proficient in relevant software applications like MS Office
