The selected candidate would be responsible for leading a team of programmers engaged in developing transformational technologies for educational institutes. The responsibilities would include:

	Leading and managing a team of programmers, including managing schedules and deadlines.
	Visioning new features, and designing & writing algorithms for them.
	Analysing various pattern analysis, optimisation & decision support algorithms and learning theories.
	Liasoning with the implementation consultants and building upon the domain expertise of the team.

Desired Profile :
Applicants should have 3+ years of hands on software design and development experience on J2EE platform. Solid grounding in Computer science fundamentals, architectural design principles, performance and reliability issues is a must. The applicant should possess a passion of grappling with problems, and reducing them to programmable models. Prior experience of leading teams and handling pressure would be desirable.

Qualification : B.Tech/M.Tech in CS/EE or MCA from a premier institute.
