Relationship Management and Project Implementation is a post-sales role. The Manager shall play a crucial role in handling the client relationships and implementation of the various programs that the company offers to schools. This involves liaison with the customer (the key people in the school - management and teachers), conducting orientation sessions and trainings, and continuously managing the programs to achieve superior results. The role shall be akin to that of a consultant managing the process of transition. The person shall be responsible for maintaining the relationships, continuously measuring and evaluating the milestones, and reporting these to the management. The person shall have a team of 5-10 executives reporting to him. |
