Job Profile :

MindShaper Technologies is currently implementing cutting-edge technology solutions in some of the leading schools across the country. These include solutions for campus management, as well as solutions to enhance the process of teaching and learning.

The selected candidate would be responsible for

	Documenting the software(including User Manuals/ Online Help/ FAQ etc). Envisaging new features and use case scenarios.
	Conducting User Requirement Analysis.
	Benchmarking the product against international softwares.
	Conducting orientation sessions for the various users of the solutions, and continuously managing the program to achieve superior results. The role shall be akin to that of a consultant managing the process of transition.

Desired Profile :

	Excellent communication and writing skills
	Good analytical skills
	Passion and desire to understand & implement innovative technology solutions
Preferred : Experience of writing SRS/ ERD/ RFP documents. And also working with schools or training institutes

Experience : 0-4 yrs
