The educational landscape is changing ! Delivery techniques, skills, curriculum, societal expectation and the availability of tools and technology. The build up of this capacity is gradual and needs to be navigated through the inhibitions to adopt changes.

The end outcomes depend largely on teachers' competencies, environmental factors, local culture, role models and the ability to overcome ingrained habits.
