intranet. Teachers, principal, students and other staff
will be able to communicate with each other on a single
platform (using eMails/ chat/ discussion forums).
Send digital notices/
memos to all or specific groups of people.
Create online student
communities (with tools to share ideas, design websites
etc) around various interest groups.
Track the School alumni.
Set up a CRM for visitors
to the School's website. Send periodic newsletters to
all/ specific group of visitors.
Install a Touch Screen
at the school reception to give convenient access to
school information to visitors and parents.
Define and manage
personal calendars (which would be linked to the timetable,
School activities schedule and the individuals
appointment diary). Also, link up with other peoples'
calendars to set up meetings, define collaborative tasks
etc.
