Identify students who need special attention in time, and not when it is too late to take action.

Enable online confidential communication with the counsellor (within or outside the school).

Career Counsellors (specially while recommending streams in XIth standard) shall have aceess to complete student information including performance in extra curricular & academic areas over the years, discipline, reading habits in the library etc.
