Job Description

• Giving presentations and demonstrations of our products to our clients

• Generating leads and pitching to clients through Calling or references

• Carrying a target for each product: Building leads, making a pitch, presenting a proposal, following up

• Generating target revenue for all solutions /courses offered by the company

• Building an engagement model and Customer relationship. Showcases other solutions in school and ensures overall engagement

• Devising new selling strategies and improving current sales processes

• Building an instantly connect with new customers and onboarding them onto the platform

• Engaging with customers on a periodic basis to understand their feedback on the platform, what is going well, and what can improve

• Working towards avoiding last-minute surprises and potentially lose a customer/renewal
